You can ice fish on the Lake from January 1st to February 28th.

The lake is very busy in the winter time.

The BoatHouse is triple glazed with a high efficency gas furnace.

It is warm and confortable for winter use.

There is a double bed and and single bed in the bedroom with a view of the lake.

The Kitchen and the Livingroom.

This is a view of the dock and the lake sand box. The entry into the lake is shallow and sandy. There is fishing at the end of the dock.

Parking area and the entrance.

Parking is on a concrete pad.

You can see both of the decks in this view.

The BoatHouse has a deck on both the front and back.

The front deck under the maple trees has a beautiful view of the lake.

Morning coffee on the raised rear deck shaded by large oak trees is a great place to start your day.
